Vikings QB Jackson hopes to play on injured knee (AP)

Before Tarvaris Jackson could prove that he is ready to lead the Minnesota Vikings, he had to show that he can stay healthy for an entire season. Just two games into the preseason, that question has already been raised again. Jackson sprained his right knee in the first quarter against Baltimore on Saturday and his status for next Saturday’s game against Pittsburgh is in question.
